I’m a person who loves to write and loves to bake pies. I am employed as an administrator, because I like people, and because it helps pay the bills, but what I really love is writing. I live in Connecticut with my family.
My pie and writing adventure started four years ago, and I’ve made hundreds of pies since then. I’m so grateful for this delicious way of sharing kindness, stories, thoughts, and PIE!
Below is my original post, if you’d like to know how it all got started…
I am a person who likes to think outside the box. I am married with two kids. I’ve lived in Virginia and now Georgia. I’ve worked in the education field for many years, and I’ve worked in church ministry, too. I love to laugh, and I’m a little bit OCD. Not that there’s anything wrong with that. This blog is for me–if someone else enjoys it–that’s a bonus.
Grab your forks…because I’ve set out to make at least 40 pies–one for each of the 40 days leading up to my 40th birthday. Join me on my crazy pie adventure!
A “little bit” OCD? i’m the one who had to help organize the pantry. lol i love u!! 😀
Candace and I are absolutely loving this!!! What a wonderful idea. Here’s to 39 more yummy pies and, as Ruthie said, to the fun just beginning.
What in the world is OCD? I know I’m old, but these acronyms they’re beyond me.
Obsessive Compulsive Disorder….sometimes I just have to have things “just so.” Pretty sure I got that from my Dad. 🙂
Yeah, some of his other progeny got that gene, too.
Found you tonight and am enjoying the homilies with the pies.
Love it
